  Time tempered hard work, and perseverance led to remarkable achievements. To systematically review the development effectiveness of 2025 and scientifically plan the path forward for 2026, Zhengjie Group successfully held the 2025 Annual Summary and Re-launch Conference. Colleagues from the Bengbu branch participated in the conference online, recalling the past efforts together, discussing the development blueprint, and embarking on a new chapter of progress.

  In his speech, Chairman Jiang Jianming firstly expressed his sincere gratitude to all employees for their hard work and highly recognized the tangible achievements made by all colleagues through concerted efforts. Over the past year, the group has achieved breakthroughs in multiple aspects in three major areas: research and development, capacity enhancement, and market expansion. The new environmentally friendly and functional polyester resins have won widespread market recognition with their core advantages. The annual sales volume successfully exceeded 107,000 tons, and the sales revenue steadily surpassed the 960 million yuan mark. The integrated advantage of "research and development - production - sales" continues to be consolidated and becomes increasingly prominent!

  While acknowledging the achievements, the chairman objectively assessed the increasingly fierce competition in the industry, faced up to the shortcomings in the company's development, and emphasized that 2026 is a crucial year for the group to improve quality and efficiency and make a leap forward. All colleagues must strengthen their confidence, face up to challenges, seize the opportunities of industry development, and write a new chapter with a pioneering attitude.
  Regarding the key tasks for 2026, Chairman Jiang Jianming put forward four specific requirements:

  1️⃣ Stick to the core of R&D innovation: deeply explore the green and functional technology track of polyester resin, continuously break through key core technologies, and constantly build a solid core competitiveness barrier for the enterprise;
  2️⃣ Strengthen production and operation control: Fully optimize the production control system, strictly adhere to the quality lifeline, ensure efficient and stable supply, and excellent product quality, fully demonstrating the enterprise's core manufacturing strength;  
  3️⃣ Deeply cultivating market layout and expansion: Continuously optimizing the sales channel network, upgrading customer service quality, accurately meeting the dynamic market demands, steadily expanding domestic and international market share, and continuously enhancing the company's industry influence and brand reputation;  
  4️⃣ Focus on talent team building: Always adhere to the people-oriented concept, strengthen the talent cultivation and empowerment mechanism, stimulate the team's innovation vitality, and strive to build a pragmatic, diligent, responsible, and courageous high-quality core team.
  "The true strong are not those who run in favorable conditions, but those who lead the way in transformation," Chairman Jiang Jianming addressed to all colleagues.   At the meeting, CFO Wang Ruiyang took the lead in presenting a comprehensive report on the operational status of 2025, utilizing detailed data and clear charts. From revenue scale and profit growth to cost control and efficiency improvement, from core results extraction to analysis of existing shortcomings, every set of data embodies the hard work and perseverance of all colleagues. Each analysis provides scientific and precise support for operational decisions in 2026, anchoring a clear direction for subsequent development.
  Immediately afterwards, the heads of each department made their annual work reports in turn, reviewing the past and planning for the future:

  ✅ Technical Research Center: Delve deeply into the innovative fields of environmental protection and functionalization of polyester resin, review technological breakthroughs and the effectiveness of achievement transformation, and continuously strengthen the core competitiveness of products;  
  ✅ Three major factories: Focusing on three core aspects: capacity enhancement, quality control, and safe production, we summarize practical experience in efficient production and strengthen the solid foundation of production operations;
  ✅ Marketing Center: Deeply cultivate market layout, optimize service system, analyze the achievement of annual performance, and clarify the direction of market expansion and customer service upgrade in 2026;  
  ✅ All functional departments: Based on serving and ensuring our own duties, review the effectiveness of team building, administrative support, development channels, and other work, to assist the company in operating efficiently and orderly.
  Every summary represents accumulation and sublimation, and every plan embodies commitment and responsibility. All departments have set their sights on the 2026 goal, refined their measures, and clarified their paths, laying a solid foundation for the efficient implementation of various tasks in the new year.
